This historic duplex townhouse sits on Duke of Gloucester Street in the middle of Annapolis' Historic District. Originally built in the 19th Century, the building was internally damaged in a fire before it was purchased by  Halpern Architects' client.

We oversaw a reconstruction and restoration of the damaged parts of the house, and designed a sympathetic addition at the rear of the house, creating a light-filled additional living space off a luxurious new kitchen.
