This 18th century brick  townhouse sits on a narrow lot spanning between Cornhill and Fleet Streetsin the Annapolis Historic District. Halpern Architects designed a dormer addition housing a nursery, excavated a new basement to house updated mechanical systems, and installed a spiral stair to provide access to the basement.
