Halpern Architects is currently working on this new custom home in Epping Forest.
The house is located on a waterfront lot with marvelous views of
Saltworks Creek. The owners have requested a ‘transitional’ style of
architecture - intentionally modern, but not too modern. The major
spaces are oriented to take full advantage of the sweeping views.
A second story terrace allows gracious outdoor living within a
confined building footprint.
